Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or refund.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused and in their original condition
- In the original packaging where applicable
Non-Returnable Items
Because our products are made to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for:
- Items that have been personalised or customised
- Items returned due to incorrect size selection (please check our size guides carefully before ordering)
However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will always make it right — please contact us within 30 days of delivery.
How to Start a Return
To request a return, please contact us with your order number and a description of the issue. If the item is damaged or incorrect, please include a photo.
Return Shipping
For eligible returns, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

EU Customers — Right of Withdrawal
If you are based in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, please log in to your account at
